DOA (dioctyl adipate) is a non-phthalate, highly efficient plasticizer designed to give excellent low temperature properties to polyvinyl chloride (pvc). its excellent wetting characteristics make it desirable for plastisol use where low plasticizer content coupled with low viscosity, as well as good fusion characteristics are necessary.
